Defective Goods & Cancellations
Reporting Issues: In the unlikely event of a defect, please report it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.
Custom Orders: Because every shutter is “Made-to-Measure” specifically for your window, we cannot accept cancellations once the order is agreed and the deposit is paid. Please double-check your measurements using our Video Guides before confirming.
Important Limitations
Delivery: While we strive for punctuality, DIY Shutters Pro is not liable for consequential loss or damage arising from shipping delays or failure to deliver.
Liability Cap: Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed.
Site Changes: Please Note: We do not accept responsibility for fit issues caused by changes to your window surrounds (e.g., new handles, security alarms, or re-tiling) made after the final measure has been submitted.
